We at Modern Catholic Pilgrim are excited to partner with the Cause for Bl. Stanley Rother's Canonization to host this two-day, ~30 mile walked pilgrimage from his home parish in Okarche, OK down to Holy Resurrection Cemetery where he is currently buried.

Our Schedule:

Saturday

8:00am - Pilgrims' Blessing and Start of Pilgrimage at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Okarche

8:15am - ~4:30pm - Walk ~17 miles to Piedmont

Spend evening with hosts in their homes.

Sunday

8:00am - Begin walking from Piedmont

~1:00pm - Arrive at Resurrection Cemetery after ~11 miles for Mass with Archbishop Coakley at Bl. Stanley's graveside

~2:00pm - Conclude pilgrimage

​

All pilgrims will be asked to make a goodwill contribution to reserve their spots on the pilgrimage. Half of that contribution will go to the parishes of our host families. MCP will use the other half to grow its ministry in Oklahoma and across the United States.

​

We will work together to coordinate rides as necessary after the pilgrimage concludes. Pilgrims are responsible for their own lunches and snacks.
